The staff was friendly and service-oriented at any time, very patient with the guest's requests and (on top of that) spoke English very fluent, which made communication a lot easier. I especially want to mention Ivan, who checked us in and greeted us with the warmest welcome I've ever expericenced. This super motivated and friendly guy told us everything we needed to know, gave us a free map and made sure we wouldn't miss out on anything important during our short stay. At 11 p.m. on a staurday night, this exceeded any expectations by far - and believe me, ALL his recommendations were really good! Thanks again 😊 Rooms: 9/10 - clean, quiet, great bath, air-conditioned, with a fridge Breakfast: 9/10 - a little different every day, variety good for it's price

Situated within walking distance from many of Naples' points of interest, we found ourselves easily exploring the city without the need for transportation. It was a relief to have such accessibility, allowing us to immerse ourselves fully in the vibrant atmosphere of Naples. Their genuine friendliness and willingness to accommodate our needs left a lasting impression on us, creating fond memories of our time in Naples.

The staff and the ladies who run the front desk were exceptional, super friendly, very helpful, even helped us with finding things to do and how to get there. They even stayed late our first night as our flight was delayed so that we could still check in. Also, this hotel is in a fantastic walking distance to all the cool sights in Naples, and to the central station to take the train to Pompeii

The owners invited us in, told us to come have breakfast and then allowed us to store our baggage as we looked around the city. They remained at our disposal and were incredibly kind. The hotel itself is well located for the central station and accessing Napoli old town and Pompeii. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Would stay here again when we next visit Napoli 🙌
